China based fast fashion brand that create an extensive collection of goods at very competitive pricing, to meet the high quality of life and constantly updated fashion appeal. We are looking for a Reginal Sales & Operation Manager to cope with our expansion in Singapore.

Your new role
  • Evaluate existing/ prospect new retail network and plan effective strategies for supporting new-store opening
  • Maximize profit by sales driving, budget planning and cost control
  • Establish contact and communicate with Landlords and Mall Managements for business development
  • Obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning daily work schedule to work on potential retailer and other trade factors
  • Closely work with marketing team to execute events, pop-up stores, promotion activities to enhance brand awareness and maximize sales
  • Develop own market knowledge and expertise by gathering related market information and keeping track of market trends
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Establish and simplify operating procedures and guideline
  • Work with inventory team to optimize stock and shop level
  • Analyze sales report and provide reports on financial, operational and product if required
  • Ensure the standard of visual merchandising, display, commercial image and layout on shop level are in compliance with corporate guidelines


What you'll need to succeed
  • Over 5 years of retail sales and operation management experience from fashion retail
  • Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, result-driven and be able to take up challenging works
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Excellence interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
