At Hays, we work with industry leaders to search for the best talent within Insurance. At the moment, my client is currently seeking for an experienced corporate development talent to oversee various M&A and Strategic initiatives to expand my client’s Wealth Management business.

Your new role
You will lead a team of Corporate Development and M&A activity within the region, specialising on health and medical sector acquisitions. You will be responsible on strategizing, planning and work with the team to execute on deals within APAC. Working with cross functional departments, you will lead multiple initiatives leading to the growth and expansion of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
This role will require at least 10 years’ relevant M&A and Strategy experience within the Wealth Management, Consulting, Financial Services or Insurance sector.
