Representing a fast growing flooring company in the industry. They are planning to hire a Regional Sales Manager (HK & Macau) to develop in more sectors i.e. Commercial Office, Hospitality, Residential, Government, Club House
Your new role
- Generate specifications in A&D firms with key specifiers in order to and generate sales in responsible region
- Experience in developing new business and teams
- Achieve sales budget for responsible area
- Work on specifications and brand promotion in local A&D communities
- Identify local market trends and track competitors’ activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 8 years sales experience in specification in flooring industry i.e. Carpet, Wood, LVT
- Good contact with Interior designers, Architects, Developers and Contractors
- Sales background in Interior Decoration Material, preferably with related industries like carpet, wood, LVT, flooring or other specification driven building materials
- Solid sales track record, Integrity and business ethics
- Sales management experience
- Customer oriented mindset, Team player, Architecture/Interior Decoration Material knowledge
