A global online travel agency is looking for a Sales Director in Hong Kong.

Your new role
  • Leading a team 15-20 that are responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing successful B2B partnerships within Hong Kong region
  • Planning and implementing the sales strategy, identify and open up new profitable channels in the industry to ensure a robust GMV and revenue growth, leading the team in the region to achieve/exceed challenging goals.
  • Developing and improve business strategy that contributes to greater product performance and internal operational efficiencies, by working closely with both cross functional teams and other Business Units
  • Conducting market research into trends in the industry and market, promote company brand name and its online reservation services to ensure the competitiveness
  • Analyzing and providing feedback on the availability and quality of data, which lead to recommendations for commercial improvements
  • Developing and owning relationships with key decision-makers at hotels, technology partners and other relevant partners
  • Representing the company at relevant trade-shows, workshops and events to promote company brand and products


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or other postgraduate qualification is desirable with at least 10 years of experience in sales/account & revenue management in the online e-Commerce industry
  • A thorough understanding of the Hong Kong market and consumer behaviors
  • Proven track record of strong leadership and people management skills with an entrepreneurial mind-set
  • High level of analytical skills with the capability of presenting in a concise and logical manner
  • Demonstrable communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Highly self-motivated with experience in working in a flexible, fast-paced, ever-changing, challenging environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
