Project Sales Manager - Commercial Lighting Project Sales. HK based manufacturer with +30 years history.
Your new company
Based in Hong Kong with +30 years' history, our client is looking for a Project Sales Manager to lead their Sales team. Our client is a leader in providing top lighting solution to commercial projects in Hong Kong.
Your new role
- Develop Sales strategies and objectives for enhancing brand awareness and achieving business goals
- Manage an effective marketing calendar with considerations on market requirements, consumer needs, sales objectives, opportunities and capacity
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity results to achieve optimal effectiveness
- Develop brand building program and sales programs
What you'll need to succeed
- +10 years' sales experience in Lighting project
- Willing to take new challenges, work on projects independently, able to coach the team and work cross-departmentally
- Professional and confident attitude in a start-up environment
- Excellent in spoken & written English and fluency in Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Proactive, open minded and a good team player
