My client is one of the biggest real estate developer in Asia Region
Your new role
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for Salesforces CRM platform covering Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Customer Data Platform and other related Salesforces modules
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the CRM platform across the group
- Lead platform implementation and manage on-going operation
- Work closely with different business department
- Manage external parties for platform implementation, maintenance and operations
- Gather feedback, requirements from different Business Units to assess platform fitness/ gaps, enhancement needs. Identify business values and formulate business case / ROI for enhancement request or new BU deployment opportunities
- Manage budget and resources for platform upgrade and enhancement, as well as BUs roll out and support
- Act as a leader within the group
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with Customer Data Platform, Interaction studio is an advantage
- Any China implementation experience is an advantage
- Salesforce certification in developer and architect domain
- Hands-on in SDLC, Salesforce configuration
- Experience managing, coaching and developing team members
- Experience managing vendors and partners
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
