We are partnering with a mainland listed financial company and they are looking for a secretary.

Your new role
This position reports into the CEO.
  • Provide secretarial support
  • Co-ordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, agenda, minutes
  • Arrange lunch and social activities
  • Manage Chairman’s office and Board Room
  • Manage petty cash of Chairman’s Office
  • Arrange trips for Chairman
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Possess an excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (PTH)
  • Mature, well-organized, initiative, independent, and with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and be flexible
