Multinational Life Insurance Firm with presence in key Asia markets is expanding their audit team and looking for Senior Manager and Manager.
Your new role
As a senior team member within team, you will develop, enhance and execute annual audit plan evaluating risk management and internal control. Through implementing robust audit methodology, you will provide value added audits, strengthening internal control and sharing best practices. You will assess business risk and develop overall audit plan supporting growth of business strategies. You will take on a leading role in driving operational excellence by identifying key risks and providing advisory to top management. You will lead and coach team members ensuring team’s quality of work, effectiveness of delivery and development of team members. You will be back up to Head of Audit.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
- Senior Manager - 10+ years of experience and Manager 5+ years of experience
- Prior experience in insurance / financial services sector
- Strong project management skills and inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members
- Strong communication and critical thinking and ability to build effective work relationships with key stakeholders.
