A globally recognised composite Insurance company who has strong presence in Life and Health capabilities is looking to expand their current Digital Transformation capabilities. To cope with their rapid business expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for a passionate Business Analyst/Assistant Project Manager to support them.
Your new role
As a Business Analyst/Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing end to end digital solutions to different business users under an agile manner
- Participate in a range of project initiatives such as transformation, operation excellence and system enhancement
- Sitting under the COO office, working alongside with operations, IT and digital team in generating the most impactful strategy on user experience
- Manage and facilitate project lifecycle between various stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 - 6 years of experience within Insurance Project Management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Has experience in Digital Transformation, Operations and Process Improvement on user journey
- Understanding in both business and technical context
