Your new company
A leading Life Insurance in Hong Kong, this organisation offers a wide range of financial protection products and wealth management services to customers in several different countries in Asia. With a strong regional brand, my client is looking for further strengthen its market share within the local market. In order to support agency training initiatives, my client is currently seeking for an experienced Senior Manager.

Your new role
To be effective in this role, you will be responsible for training the agency force on various tenure, from Experienced Hires, Future Leaders and Established Management. You will be working within a specialized team to enhance the skillset of the agency force.

What you'll need to succeed
As a driven individual, you will need solid agency development exposure. Having excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, you will act as key educator and coach within the agency force. You will be familiar with the agency culture as well as the ability to develop key relationships with Agency Directors.
