- Work closely with different teams and provide strategic and financial analysis and advice on the performance of business
- Partner with respective budget owners to drive efficient and effective budget planning and control and hands-on in preparing budget presentation and market review
- Support Country Manager to kick off monthly review process including identified the risk and opportunities with recommendation to various stakeholders
- Provide the insights on the variation on the key cost components such as gross margin, commercial costs, communication costs, etc
- Formulate the monthly targets and initiate incentives
- Work with senior leaders to make sure the internal compliance and operational control
Requirement
- 3-10 years of relevant working experience gained from sizable MNCs
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strengths with strategic thinking and problem solving
- Ability to show effective leadership and communication
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
