We are partnering with a scaled bank and they are looking for a senior HR officer to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
This position reports into the Human Resources Manager. Your responsibilities will include
- Act as business partner to work closely with other departments to perform full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, on-boarding and other HR-related matters
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, screening CVs, interviewing to offer confirmation, contract and on-board preparation
- Prepare various HR reports and maintain staff data in HR information system
- Monitor the attendance and leave records Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 2-5 years relevant HR solid experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
