An reputable bank is looking for a senior HR Officer in handling rewards projects.
Your new role
Engage with overseas HR team to ensure accurate submission of data, including headcount and remuneration structure to head office
Develop, Analyze and maintain rewards programs across the overseas Offices to understand the impact & cost-effectiveness
Prepare & review remuneration proposals for international and overseas management staff. Provide recommendations to internal and external parties
Provide Support in rewarding policies and processes from a continuous Improvement perspective
Prepare regular reports, including staff cost and outsourcing cost, by consolidating data from various stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
2+ years of experience working in HR roles
Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
Strong in written and spoken Chinese
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
