- Based on previous findings from corporate internal audit, conduct investigation on the business process to identify the problems and root causes
- Provide countermeasures for the company from internal control perspective
- Set and lead implementation plan to improve effectiveness of internal control and governance process in one year time frame
What you'll need to succeed
- University graduate, with experience in Internal Control, Public Accounting (Big 4), and/or Internal Auditing
- CIA and/or CPA holder
- Strong knowledge of Internal Control (compliance, risk management, and SOX)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Internal Control experience with solid experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels
- Excellent multi-tasking, collaboration, decision-making, organization, presentation, and negotiating skills
- Strong planning, time management & analytical skills, able to identify strategies for process improvements
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills in English and Chinese
- Able to solve complex problems, and provide new perspectives
