Senior Investor Relation Manager/ Director (HK Listed)

Our client is a top tier HK listed company - they are now actively looking for a Senior Manager, IR to join

Responsibilities
  • Daily news and capital market information monitoring
  • Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy through an effective investor outreach strategy
  • Summarize analysts’ research
  • Regular data maintenance and valuation update etc
  • Prepare materials for quarterly financial reporting, M&A communication and investor conference
  • Act as a key contact point for external parties in the capital market
  • Work in ad hoc projects in support of IR initiatives

Requirements
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Degree in Finance/ Accounting or CFA Charter holder
  • 5-8 years’ experience in financial industry
  • Good interpersonal skills, motivated, independent and can perform under pressure
