Senior Legal Officer / Legal Assistant (PRC team)

Great opportunity for PRC paralegals to join a sizeable team of a well-established business; up to 40K

Your new company
Our client is a Hong Kong reputable conglomerate who has established a diverse and sustainable integrated business model over the years. They are currently looking for a legal specialist with high calibre and solid in-house experience in the PRC market.

Your new role
  • Assist legal team in preparation, review and negotiation of a wide spectrum of commercial contracts and legal documentations
  • Support the Group and management in facilitating new business initiatives and operations as well as handling licensing and regulatory matters
  • Liaise with external lawyers, government bodies and other business stakeholders where necessary
  • Conduct legal research and provide training to business teams regularly
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or above
  • 3+ years of paralegal experience with reputable law firm and/or corporation
  • Strong experience in contract review and drafting
  • Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
