My client is a globally established life insurance business. As their businesses continue to gain market share, their management team have place a key focus in an effective and forefront compliance and risk functions. Currently, they are looking for a self-driven Senior Manager for their AML compliance team.
Your new role
You will manage and enhance compliance programs in tackling international financial crime and protecting customers against money laundering and reducing bribery, corruption and reputational risks. As the complexity in market increases, you will drive compliance programs to ensure compliance with regulations and that business are well prepared for regulatory changes in an increasingly complex environment from local and regional level. On-going, you will review and strengthen controls in financial crime risks, identifying trends and best practices to develop a multi-integrated framework in conducting Customer Due Diligence.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll get in return
- 7+ years of financial crime / compliance experience from multinational financial service firms
- Demonstrate strong awareness of regulatory impact affecting the insurance business including AML, sanctions, anti-bribery and conflicts of interest
- Experience in defining effecting financial crime framework
- Practical in driving changes through and be proactive in interacting and advising with multi-geographic management.
