Your new role

• Report directly to Department Head of PB Credit, you will manage credit approval and credit policy team under private banking credit risk function;
• Responsible for managerial role, maintain the smooth process of PB credit business;
• Ensure credit monitoring, early warming systems are in place;
• Support on-going system enhancement for efficient approval process.

What you'll need to succeed

• 15+ years PB credit (approval, policy, portfolio management or collections) experience in reputable bank covering PB Credit;
• Solid people management experience;
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
