Currently under aggressive expansion, this company is looking for a passionate Insurance Technology professional to drive market leading strategies.

Your new role

As a part of a fast-growing team, you will be leading the delivery of complex and multi-function/multi-stakeholder projects within a large corporate environment. You will be working on Digital initiatives/transformation projects within the insurance domain. Working closely with different departments in the business, you will ensure continuous enhancement on customer journey.

What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Consulting and 5 years in the Insurance industry
- Deep understanding of Insurance industry knowledge (regulations, products, channels)
- Previous experience with Distribution (especially Agency & Bancassurance), marketing, and operation transformation is preferable.
- Business and technical skill in Digital initiatives/transformation projects within the domain
- Proficiency & experience with cloud platform (i.e AWS, Azure, etc)
- Understanding of emerging technologies is desirable (e.g machine learning, artificial intelligence, and real time streaming technologies)
- Track record in leading complex, large-scale digital projects
- Competent in dealing with various stakeholder
- Problem solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage.
