• A market-leading, rapidly-growing international FinTech Payment Firm is looking for a Senior Operation Associate

Your new role

• Responsible for the day to day operation and performance review of the Hong Kong Operations Function within the APAC office.
• Support internal members across the Payment and Operation disciplines.
• Review, and implement strategies to improve service quality, Operational efficiency and customer satisfaction level
• Collaborate with Front Line Managers, participate in project initiatives
• Manage policy and procedure manuals to improve the workflow, engage in system enhancement to optimise automation

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree in the related field
• 5+ years of working experience in Payment Operation within the Banking and Financial Services industry
• Has experience in Finance/Banking/ Foreign Exchange and has knowledge of International Payment systems (FAST, MEPS, SWIFT etc)
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
