Senior Product Specialist - Capital Equipment

Global well-known top tier pharmaceutical company is looking for sales to join their medical device division.

Your new company
Our client is a top tier international pharmaceutical company with the business of pharmaceutical and clinical diagnostics device and they are now looking for a Senior Product Specialist to help expand their clinical diagnostics device business.

Your new role
  • Work together with business manager with local customers on contrast promotion, enquiry, order, education and other support activities, purpose to hit contrast sale target.
  • Work closely with device distributor on device business including total solution package projects bundle contrast and device sales, monitor distributor on their sales target, marketing promotion, product training and other support activities.
  • Work closely with business manager, supply chain and contrast distributor for accurate forecast on the demand of each contrast products, keep close monitor daily stock level to fulfill the market needs, proactively report business manager if any opportunities or risks on contrast supply and demand
  • In depth evaluate and analyse each radiology account for their needs and potential to provide customize solution on radiology products
  • Investigate and exploit business opportunities in line with Radiology global strategic imperatives to achieve growth targets for the Company in the area of contrast, medical devices, disposables and AI products.
  • Implement Marketing and Action plans with business manager, marketing team and local device distributor. Coordinate and execute all decided promotional activities with marketing team and local distributor together in order to achieve the respective sales goals for radiology device portfolio.
  • Provide regular education and training to customers on latest radiology guidelines, publication, radiology news and device operation
  • Provide training to local device distributor on product knowledge, positioning, pricing, marketing strategies, key messages with scientific differentiation from competitors as well as safeguard compliance to support business goals

What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 1 years solid experience in sales and marketing at Medical Instrument or Pharmaceutical industry, preferable in Radiology area
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, strongly prefer candidate with biology, chemistry, biotechnology or biochemistry as major subjects
  • Will be an advantage with experience working as distributor on medical devices
  • Will be an advantage with existing local radiology customer network and relationship
  • Fluent written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin will be an advantage.
