A globally known consumer product brand that is highly known for their innovation. Being one of the market changers, they are now looking for a seasoned marketing leader to join their retail marketing team.

Your new role

Leading a team of 3, you will lead and strategize full BTL, display and O2O to meet HQ branding guideline. You will work with retail store leaders and external agencies to meet business goals including sales, branding guideline, service level and business opportunity. You will plan store activation, popup store, channel co-operation to achieve company need. You will manage store operation and ensure operations are efficient and with control of cost.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in retail and store management.
• Preferably in consumer product categories, eg. retail, beauty, consumer electronics.
• Team leadership experience would be a huge advantage.

• Strong digital and data analytics experience is preferred.
• Result oriented and strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese.
