Our client is the leader in the Door Access Solutions across APAC where they are selling premium brands and products. They focus on Commercial, Institutional and Residential projects with full solution to customers in public and private sectors.
Currently they are looking for a Senior Technical Sales to further expand the team.
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Accelerate our focus on Commercial , Industrial and Institutional projects
- Grow the business with Industrial Shutters, Security Doors , Automatic Doors and Access Control
- Expand and strengthen our Sales team
- Build-up and grow the network and relationship with key partners and customers - particularly Architects, Consultants and Contractors.
- Develop specifications with Architects, Consultants and professional End-users
- Identify new projects, achieve specifications, prepare tender documentation & quotations
- Supervise and Coordination with all parties, internal and external involved during Contract execution and Installation phase.
- Closely cooperate with our Sales, Product & Project management and Technical team members
What you'll get in return

- Aggressive, self-motivated & able to work independently and under pressure
- At least 2-3 years experience as a Technical Sales
- Strong proven sales track records with technical projects and solutions
- Engineering background, University degree is an advantage
- Strong network with architects, consultants and contractors is an advantage
- Knowledge in Industrial doors, Security Doors or one of our other product
- categories is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of Cantonese and English
