Your new role
• To ensure application systems and integrations are running optimally and compliant to technical standards
• To ensure all solutions, reporting or data exchange are well architected and compliant to group security and privacy standards
• Keeping abreast of latest IT and digital trends, and adopt respective system advancement
• Educating system users to utilize tools for data exchange, operational or analytical needs
• Collaborating with business counterparts to devise and co-create technical roadmaps that support the business, while ensure systems and enhancements are well architected with proper measurement and process
• Engaging with external vendors on implementation of new initiatives, enhancement, maintenance, and system upgrades
• Supporting ad-hoc projects as assigned

What you'll need to succeed
•Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information technology or relevant disciplines
• At least 6 years’ experience in application development, solution design, system analysis and implementation. Candidates with less experience may be considered as Solution Analyst
• Hands-on programming experience such as Python, Javascript, SQL, PHP, is a must
• Proven track record of leading projects, with good knowledge of project management methodologies, like PMP or Agile is preferable
• Hands-on integration knowledge such as REST-ful or ODATA API, is a plus
• Experience with reporting tools or data analytics tools e.g. SSIS, Qlik Sense, Alteryx is advantagous
• Knowledge in SAP ECC or S/4 (FICO/HCM) and SuccessFactors, and financial consolidation system and workflow system is preferred
• Familiarity with security, data governance and digital transformation is advantageous
• Well-versed in CI/CD, DevOps and design thinking is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua is desirable
