Your new company is an Europe based leader in water pump supplies. They specialise in selling water pump products and solution to client across more than 50 countries and regions.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for executing development plan of department and initiate necessary marketing activities:

• Identify new business to develop
• Execute sales plans and activities inline to department direction
• Provide technical advice to customers on pumping solution Promote and develop company products and solution
• Get update marketing status & report to direct Manager for adjustment of plan
• Managing and coaching another Sales Engineer and Sales Assistant
• Update CRM tool on sales order, opportunity, quotation and activities;

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree and +5 years of working experience;
• Experience working in commercial building project
• Experience in execute strategic business plan of manufacturing environment;
• Strong technical knowledge of products, system and local regulation
