Your new role

As an influential member of the business, you will be working with capital markets / banking clients to drive and lead end-to-end initiatives to ensure successful results, provide subject matter expertise on sector trends, leading practices, advise and provide strategic direction to our clients. You will be adopting a global approach to networking, building eminence, and assembling teams to serve clients. managing, owning, and maintaining relationships with key C-suites and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid Experience in strategy and management consulting and knowledge in the capital markets / banking industry
• Proven record in delivering large scale & complex transformation projects across Hong Kong
• Previous experience in Business Development and previous experience in developing major client accounts
• Excellent interpersonal skill, strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
