Your new company
This is an MNC shipping company. The headquarter of the company is in Hong Kong and with office around the world.

Your new role
Provide in-house clerical and administrative support; Outing to obtain documents from the government department, for example IRD, Company Registry; Prepare and Handle documents for Company Secretarial Department; Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, independent, proactively, mature and attentive to details
  • Proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
