Our client is a digital Retail Solution Service Provider, they are setting their new team in Hong Kong looking for a candidate to join their Project team for ERP transformation, who will facilitate effective cross-functional SaaS platform implementation and ongoing business development.

Your new role

• Work closely with the key senior stakeholder on the client side to ensure that the key programs and projects are aligned with business strategies and are effectively executed.
• Responsible for the over call management of the client programs and relevant relationships.
• Provides professional ERP solution suggestions to customers, helps customers analyse the pain points and bottlenecks of development, and make in-depth transformation and meet the development and growth needs of the industry.
• Manage relationships and be responsible for the ways-of -working to ensure transformation implemented.
• Collaborating with Product team and technology teams, driving new capability requirements from client
• Have overall responsibility for the success of ERP related programs and projects for the client, while also identifying continued business development opportunities for the client, including commercial renegotiations where required.
• Expected to operate with a reasonably high level of autonomy in achieving this.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder on Supply Chain Management, Computer Science is a plus.
• 10 years+ Experience, and ERP related consulting/system designing/implementation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building and networking skills
• Proven experience in problem solving and issue resolution
• Ability to understand technical complex subjects and technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
