Our client is a top tier foreign bank that is currently seeking for a SVP/VP within their Loan Syndications team in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Originate and execute syndication loans for clients within the Greater China region
• Liaise with various banks and financial institutions to identify loan participants and loan distributors
• Work with client coverage and credit risk team to structure relevant deals that are inline with internal business standards and clients' needs
• Act as Senior advisor to the team and assist the department head on ad-hoc assignments
• Engaged with structured Green loans and sustainable finance deals

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Loans syndication / capital markets
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
