The company is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services. Your new role
  • End to end co-ordination of Private Wealth Management Asia L&D Programs, continuous professional training, and special events
  • Course scheduling and administration including classroom and online trainings
  • Collation and reporting of training records
  • Website (SharePoint) and training calendar management
  • Assist in tracking PWM Asia licensing, certification & continuing professional development requirements including CPT/CPD administration
  • Assist in planning, production and execution of internal staff events including vendor management (e.g. catering, marketing, multi-media)


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years relevant working experience in Talent Management or Learning and Development, could be a generalist or a specialist in areas of L&D or recruiting
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management preferred
  • Proven record of L&D or Training program delivery experience
  • Able to work in a fast-pace, dynamic environment with consistently changing priorities
  • Superior presentation, interpersonal, organizational and facilitation skills
  • Good numeracy skills and knowledge of financial markets
  • Team player with the capability to work well and communicate effectively at all level of staff
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and possess a “can do” attitude
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, able to work outside of regular business hours and willing to work outside of the office if needed
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications especially PowerPoint and Excel; Chinese Word Processing skills preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both spoken English & Chinese
