Our client is a top tier bank in Hong Kong that is currently expanding their businesses in Hong Kong and they are looking to hire a Team Head to focus in HK and China Corporate clients

Your new role

• Manage a small team in providing HK, China and cross border clients
• Cross-sell a range of products to clients and tailor customized solutions for the client including loans, trade finance, cash management, deposits, FX etc
• Write and structure credit proposals for clients and ensure they are within the parameters of internal risk standards
• Conduct account opening and KYC verification
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure transactions are efficiently processed

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate / commercial banking covering HK / china corporate clients
• Product knowledge in syndicated / bilateral loans, trade finance and cash management
• Bachelors Degree
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Due to client language requirements, fluency in English and Chinese is a must (Cantonese and Mandarin)
