Team Head, Relationship Manager (China/Local Corporates)

Overlook the Greater China corporate banking relationship management team in Hong Kong.

Your new company
Our client is a top tier corporate bank in Hong Kong that is currently searching for a Team Head to help grow their business in Hong Kong

Your new role
  • Acquire and expand a portfolio of Chinese corporate clients and Local corporates with the purpose of identifying their needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Overlook a small team of Relationship Managers and provided necessary support & training
  • Cross-sell various banking products including loans, cash management, trade finance, FX, global markets etc.
  • Collaborate with the credit analysis team to tailor specific credit proposals and solutions
  • Assist the Department Head in various projects and compile periodic reports

What you'll need to succeed

  • 10+ years of corporate banking experience with focus in China corporate or large corporates
  • Previous experience in managing teams is highly advantageous
  • Product knowledge in Loans, Trade Finance, Cash Management and Global Markets
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills with proven expertise in risk assessment
  • Exceptional presentation and communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
