Our client is a top tier bank that is looking to expand its business by hiring a Team Head / Senior Relationship Manager to help grow its business within the commercial banking and SME segment

Your new role
  • Manage and grow and existing portfolio of commercial banking and SME clients
  • Tailor customized product solutions for the clients and attend to their needs
  • Conduct account opening, credit proposals and after sales service for banking clients
  • Work closely with various department to develop target business strategies in expanding the business
  • Assist the Department Head on ad hoc projects and provide continuous training to junior members within the team

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial / SME banking experience in Hong Kong
  • Good knowledge in a range of banking products including but not limited to loans, trade finance, cash management, deposits, treasury products, factoring etc.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Previous experience in managing a team would be an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
