Your new role
  • To supervise the Cash Market team in managing daily settlement operations
  • To propose appropriate operational workflow and system enhancement for enhancing operational efficiency and service standard;
  • To lead and support projects such as proposing appropriate business model, drafting user requirements for system, providing UAT cases, and supervising team for UAT
  • To collaborate with internal departments and liaise with external business counterparts like regulators, mainland clearing house, clearing participants, settlement banks, system vendors in operation issues and project execution;
  • Top coach and train junior team members

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • At least 6 years experience of Settlement/ Trade Support on Global Market products.
  • Experience of performing Treasury settlement for local and overseas markets.
  • Knowledge of using SWIFT, eMBT/ eCMT.
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese.
