Your new role
You will assess the local governance and control framework and deliver subject matter expertise control for local insurance business for their distribution process, product assurance and business plan etc. You will need to initiate professional relationships across the business to improve the risk and control methodology by being the most important bridge between regional office and local office. You are responsible to handle regulator's enquiries, regional and group audit programs. You will provide management with meaningful analysis and recommendations on assurance of key business risks and execute governance plan according to group and regional business strategies.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally from multinational insurance or financial services firms, you will have 8 to 10 years+ of experience demonstrating strong technical knowledge in insurance controls, operations, regulatory and governance. Leveraging on your past accomplishments in refining management decisions, you will demonstrate your ability to influence sensibly. You will be a resourceful professional who thrives in vibrant work culture.
