VP/AVP, Corporate Finance & LBO - CIB
Opportunity to join a top tier Corporate Bank within the corporate finance team in Hong Kong
Your new company
Our client is a leading Corporate and Investment Bank and is committed in expanding its business within the APAC region. Currently they are looking to hire a VP / AVP within their Corporate Finance team in Hong Kong.
Your new role
- Originate and execute corporate and acquisition finance deals across Asia Pacific and be a key pillar in the development in M&A deals
- Conduct credit analysis and financial modelling
- Prepare and draft pitch books and credit memos
- Collaborate with frontline business and market research teams to identify clients' needs and analyse potential market trends to assist with structuring the deal
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelors Degree Business or Finance related
- Holders with CFA and CPA are highly preferred
- 5 years of experience in originating and executing corporate finance / acquisition finance / leverage buyout LBO finance is a must
- Strong financial modelling experience
- Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
