Our client is a leading foreign Corporate and Investment Bank in Hong Kong that is currently looking to hire within their Real Estate Finance team.

Your new role

• Originate and execute new and existing clients deals to take part in structuring real estate finance deals in HK, China and the Asian market
• Develop and maintain strong real estate client relationships in Hong Kong, China and the Asian market including but not limited to real estate funds, institutional investors, bankers, REITs etc
• Conduct credit analysis and financial modelling to structure appropriate deals
• Conduct KYC review and provide comments on legal documentation
• Assist the Department Head on ad hoc tasks and projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Business/ Economics
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience is a must
• Knowledge in a range of products: loans, DCM, financial markets, fund finance, sustainable finance
• Strong credit and financial modelling skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
