A leading commercial bank in Hong Kong, providing a wide range of financial products and services both locally and regionally, is hiring a high-performing management accountant at VP / Senior Manager level, to lead the bank-wide budgeting, forecasting and performance management function.
Your new role
- Lead and drive the Financial Performance Management function as a sub-team lead;
- Perform financial budgeting and forecasting functions;
- Support the senior management by providing insights on cost strategies and financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, gap analysis and KPI performance tracking;
- Leading a small but stable team
- Participating various finance systems and implementation to enhance the efficiency on MIS and other accounting systems;
What you'll need to succeed
- Professional Accountant with 10+ years of hands-on financial management / management accounting / financial analysis / cost management / budget & forecasting experience in banking industry;
- Candidate with team leading and management experience will be an advantage;
- Strong communication skills and with senior stakeholder management experience;
