An International Asset Management is looking for a VP Business Analyst to help improving their Order Management System (Mainly Charles River)

Your new role

• The role is within the trading platform change team, delivering ongoing change and improvement to support business development and the requirements of the trading platform end users.
• Perform requirement and gap analysis for improvement of various business processes, streamline of operations in Equities, Fixed Income and FX, and consolidations of the OMS.
• Enhance existing workflows, such as execution import function for advisory workflow.
• Work with client teams to fulfil system / investment operation requirement from new accounts.
• Liaise with partners and service providers for the best solution design.
• Work with PMs and Business sponsors to agree on the terms of reference for changes

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of working experiences as a BA in OMS change within Buyside companies.
• Solid knowledge in Charles River trading system.
• Solid knowledge in Fixed Income, FX and Equities trading processing.
• Good understanding of data and data modelling to assist with system improvement and integration planning.
• Bachelor degree in a related field of study.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
