We are partnering with an international bank. They are looking for a VP to join their dynamic team to establish and drive all their training initiatives.
Your new role
- In accordance to the bank strategy and training agenda, continuously enhance and review the learning & talent development framework and mechanisms in order to ensure robust leadership pipeline and talent pools
- Develop and deliver various training programs in response to training needs and staff development
- To drive HIPO review and development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, performance & development, culture, employee engagement and development
- To handle, support and coordinate training projects
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 10 years of experience in Training / Talent Development preferably in Banking / Financial Services. Experience in people management is an advantage. You will be a team player and master your strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
